Implementing Stigma in Siel

I was thinking recently about how siel doesn't have the stigma system. The pvp feels um really dull and *easy* with this. You have rangers who gain acsess to like 2-4 insta cast nukes that end fights fast, sorcs with more cc then usual+nuke, unkillable templars+clerics due to the amount of defensive skills and so on. No this isnt a rant.
Simply put, if the stigma system was implemented it would make pvp alot more complicated and challenging+less people who win fights by just spamming skills out of any order. (Though i do wonder since lumiel has it but has a low population o.o)

 

Mmm, no. Has been brought up a lot already and I doubt the system will ever change.

 

go play Lumiel if u want stigma system

 

wait until 2.5 ... pretty sure it will be unplayable with no stigma system

Carl doesn't seem to want to lose players by changing it. Yes, it's unfortunate, for it was supposed to happen a while ago. So it doesn't seem like it'll happen :[

 

well when gamezaion started.. they didnt know how to add stigma slots etc adv ones

so we were told gamez would become a stigma server as soon as it got developed
but then 70% of gamez goes like QQQQQQ I DONT WANNA PLAY WITH 6 SKILLS ON MY GLADIATORRRRRRRRR
so carl goes like ; dun wurry gib moneh i gib skillz $$$
so he made lumiel and didnt give character transfer

I think its because in that way, Carl has 3 servers with differents setups to catch more consumers. If you look at it in that way it all makes sense... So the answer remains the same... you want something more like retail??.. Go crystal... you want Highrate but more retail like??... Go lumiel... Free for all mayhem??... Go siel.

Lol :3 I'm pretty sure all those tears would be coming from Glads/Sorcs if they were to get the stigma system implemented on Siel.

I agree with you. having diversity is good for business. There would be no point on having all 3 servers with the same setup. If they were all the same, everyone would just go play on one server and some people would just quit because it might not be to their liking.

 

And what about clerics? you'd fight with a healing skill tree? or damage? that would make u worse than a chanter :s

 

It's called a hybrid build, Clerics don't lose much. And, don't compare Chanters to Clerics, because they're completely different.

 

Gamezaion- siel server is known for it's stigmas.. thats why there are 2 servers.. siel with all stigmas lumiel with normal stigmas
