In game Events prizes mailing system (Suggestion)

I cant find the suggestion section that's why i go straight here,

So my suggestion about the mailing system in "In-game events" prizes is to "ADD a note of what particular event and When/who have hosted that event when mailing our prizes" especially to those player who have joined many events in a day. It's a little bit confusing since some events have same prizes (i know it's randomized).

That's all, i know there will be bad reactions but i hope ... This will happen . Thank you!

Why would we need to say what event the prize is for? If you want to know what the prizes are for an event you have entered, you can simply just ask when you are in the event or after. Most of the time, the AM will say what prize it is at the end of the event.

This kind of thing is being addressed in a different way so rest assured Thank you for the suggestion though.

 

hi ser luff, Some prizes are randomized in the list and also in the random days will be sent like 3-6 days (either 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 days). There are also times that we receive NOTHING. Just tired waiting.

 

Well tired of waiting is an entirely different thing that just suggesting how to send them. Thing is, it is a lot at times and that is something we are aware of. Although sometimes the prizes are randomized, it's up to you to just figure what is received from what by just checking our in-game prize list here on forum.

Also, if you're not sure? You can simply just ask the AM that hosted the event that you were a part of that you 'think' you didn't receive your prize(s) from

 

Well they do announce "Prizes will be sent in 3 to 6 days". That means it could be sent 3, 4, 5 or 6 days after announced. Doesn't mean it'll be sent right on the 3rd or the 6th day.

This has been suggested before, and I disagreed with it given the way we mail items right now because it would take even longer to mail each one. If, however, we make some changes to the mailing system that would cut the mailing time by a lot and with one click, this suggestion would be a very good one to consider.

when u mail a prize of a winner/s ...
after putting his/her name , you will put in the message part "Congratulations! Here's your reward from the last RvR hosted by blabla ... last april blabla" and then copy paste it to all winners?
or kinda' hard and waste of time?

 

No. It is technically impossible without Lautaro giving us an option to do so, and a complete waste of time as I mentioned above, even if we could do it. We don't choose what message to send, it's automatic.

Sometimes when i receive rewards via express mail, i thought, oh cool a reward from an event, wait, what event was it again? Nahh nvm, at least i got the reward lmao.

I felt the same way. When I got Purified Essence From an event haha. But it's alright at least I have prize xD

 

To add to this thread and bring it to an end, let's have a recap. If we do get a revamped mailing system, I would personally ask for this option myself, I understand that given how many events are done daily and the fact that we don't mail them instantly makes players lose track and even forget if they didn't receive an item which we didn't mail to the proper destination. As of now, as already mentioned, this feature will in no way be implemented because it would slow down the mailing process even more, but if we are able to change the mailing system, I will personally suggest this to the Lautaro.
