    Hey I've just downloaded the game with 2 of my friends and both of them received the pet and the horse which is given from beggining but i didnt receive it and i cant get exp in party please help

    They got the pet and the horse from an event that is already over and if you didn't receive them I guess you didn't start playing at the same time. As for the party, if you want to get exp then the level difference shouldn't be more than 5 levels.
