Incorrect username or password

I am having issues logging in, i've just made 2 accounts that both say either my username or password on the BD launcher and landing page is incorrect but it is correct.. how can i fix this?

if i try resetting my password it says 'email not found'

EDIT: i changed my password through the forums and i recieved the email notifying me that it has indeed been changed but somehow my email still does not exist
