increase credits

    hi, i donated 400 on my other account but that account is banned, but now I can't use paypal anymore so that means I can't donate, the only way to get credits is battle of gods, guardian, and casemates and voting. but casemates is only on weekends, and im not always online during that event. i asked before to get a new donate system and it was denied, or maybe make casemates more available during the week. but a lot of things take time to get implemented and I really wanna play. and also starter players get no manastones so I can't really do much.

    There's different options to donate, not just Paypal. You can use your credit card directly and another payment options to choose from. There's a variety of them. Ty for your suggestion, we can bring it up to the admins.

    when i try click the super rewards page the page doesn't load, it's just blank and every time I contact super rewards they take forever to respond

    Have you already reported this to @Puddles? If not, I can let her know. I honestly don't know if it's a Super Rewards issue or Gamez side, about page not loading when you are trying to donate. I'll inquire.

    Your rare, puddles does not fix anything you must contact the superreward system to enable the system in your region
    Besides it would be the third time that you want to return to play, so that in the end you ended up banned by your big dirty mouth that you have

    i guess, it's in super rewards side...
    sometimes for security purposes, they are asking for some additional info or docs from you like: bank statements, or other docs.
    you might contact the supper rewards support.
    I have experienced this issue, paypal donation is okay but have issue in mobile donation. Super Rewards is asking for supporting documents.
    I contacted the Super Rewards support through email.
    or maybe puddles can help.

    for page does not load:
    -> Clear your browser cache, search in google how to do it.
    -> or if you are using chrome browser, use other browser like firefox.

    About the superrewards, the problem must be on their end. It might not be available for now, but let's wait they might as well have it fixed. Now, going back to what the title says, the current credit points that are given to each instances and the new instance, Casemates, are already sufficient enough. Spoon feeding players with so much is really too much. Having the potential to earn 600 credits is already a big thing, and you can still earn 300 credits if you lose, assuming that you joined twice. As to the schedule of casemates, well, there isn't really anything you can do about it. However, if we put it with your suggestion, imagine having around 300- 600 credits everyday plus your daily voting credits of 150 and other battleground credits, it's practically too much. It destroys the purpose of earning credits, and it would cause an inflation, which we all do not want to happen. I understand that earning credits is hard, and some players need credits to get PvP stuff or other things. Currently, some of the staff members have already suggested somethings to the Admin, like changing the starter pack to Elite Arbiter Set, that would benefit players and to avoid any sort of over-supply of things. Credits are a very sensitive asset in the game, so a small tweak can really change a whole lot of things.

    Also take in to consideration, in order for every private server to stay live, there is still the need for donations. Otherwise, no one would do all this work for free. I mean, would you? I don't even want to imagine how much work/effort is invested by the admins, in order to keep this server alive. We can all complain about the bugs but we also must learn how to appreciate things that have been given to us for our enjoyment and convenience. So, instead of us complaining, be grateful there is actually another way, a better way you can get credits now, other than voting. Even if it's only on the weekends, that's still better than nothing. Thats if you don't do donations.
