Inggison campaign bug.

Hi, i'm new here so if it's not a bug please don't take it wrong.

I started playing this game a few months ago, i got a asmodian char to lvl 55, now i started an ely and i got to lvl 52 with it. The problem is at Inggison the campaign quests tell me i can start at lvl 50, but i'm already lvl 52.

Another problem, i can't loot any mob at inggison, and i also don't get any xp for killing it.

Is this normal?

i think those quests are bugged here
as any other quest in gamez
