Install Problem Installer doesnt start the download

    Hi all,
    after a longer absence I want to install the game again, but I encounter the problem: Installer connected, but gets stuck on "preparing Download". Does anyone have an idea of what I can do? Or does the procedure take longer than 10-20 minutes?
