"Interest" Horse Item doesnt increase Speed

    "Interest" Horse Item doesnt increase Speed​
    Bug Description:

    This item should increase the Horse speed and the AFK speed. both does not happening. A player with the Orange Manos Version (https://bdocodex.com/kr/item/705156/) say it works, so seems like the blue version doesnt work.
    Maybe its just the +8 that doesnt works? I also tested it at +0.

    ↑kinda short, but you see no real difference.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    add the item to yourself and try it...also test it with the Manos version.​
