if this was ur response to my appeal:
*with a numerous reports that the staff received everyday, we decided to give a heavier punishment for this w/c is Full Ban. Full Banning is a type of Ban w/c is the Banning of both Account and IP of the guilty User or player. So this is a warning for the Internet Cafe Owners to watch your players doing an Illegal stuffs, it is your responsibility to protect your business not ours.
What exactly this says. cafe owners need to take responsibility of what goes on in their shop. The IP won't be banned becuase of the number of speed hack reports we have gotten from the IP.

then i could have access my acct in a different cafe and i tried that but it didnt work,u can check that i tried accessing my acct from different cafe but i still get the same msg..pls let me know GM fynie :D

 

The IP ban doesn't ban the account.
