Is it a ban?

    Dear Gamez's Admin and GM

    I would like to ask a question, is that my char got banned? Due to since Dec, 8th 2010 I am unable to log in my char named ChickofBeauty Every times I try to log in from character selection windows I would get this message error

    or "Send Log In Client error"
    I am wondering whether that my char got banned or not. If not why I can not log in. I did send an Unstick Request but it seems would not working
    Note: my game client is fine because I can log my friends account in without problem.

    For your reference:
    Char name: ChickofBeauty
    Account name: hmc8
    IP: dynamic

    In fact I was buying scroll in Abyss to learn Tailoring Skill then I got Send Log In error and after that I would not be able to log in that char without crash and send log in error msg
    Please give an answer and help me to solve the problem,
