    ..w3w! why do Gm's didn't do anything about this bug item many of us always hunting CRUCIBLE to get NCC but it still Bug?!

    Please do Something that the Ncc set in Crucible won't be Bug!

    It's not bugged, it's locked on porpose.
    You can get ncc only by buying it from Special Shop.
