Is there a reason why gamez launcher refuses to run (at all) while MSI Afterburner is on?

    Is there a reason why gamez launcher refuses to run (at all) while MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner server statistics? (a fps monitoring tool , for monitoring fps and pretty much everything else, from gpu/cpu load , temps, voltage and everything..)

    thats not really what i was looking for. i know it will not show the stats, thats an old problem that i had for a while, but recently Gamez Launcher itself refuses to run while MSI afterburner is on, that is not connected to smartguard as it doesnt even start before i start the game.
