Is VIP worth it????

unless you got alot of inventory for trade that you can make a profit on better to just buy an item w/ it than to buy vip to make a deal. to make a trade it will cost you 1.5k a month if you happen to score new piece of gear which is 2.5k credit you would of spent 4k credit because of your vip. So unless you are a big trader don't waste your time w/ vip. watch the market before buying anything. my greatest lesson was jumping on this server and buying an EAT chest piece for 1k credit at the time and even though he should of gave me the whole set for that credit he tricked me saying that it was 1.5k at the shop my fault of course. but wow so shady to take advantage of a noob. These are the people who you don't want talk to on this server and wouldn't want to deal w/ in real life........and won't go far in real life because their trust/reputation will go down as they fu ck and fuc k more people. pay your debts make a good name for your company/product. You have a gold mine here CARL because you've got your clientele. Your clients will trust you and donate and you will make a lot more when you're comfortable w/ your morals and ethics. Alente, Carl.... A great product will always sell, make your customer's happy....they are your customer listen to them.

 

So, this turned from....someone who seems to not be happy that some items require VIP to trade.

Into a past recollection of how you got ripped off because you didn't watch the market yourself, a fair warning to new traders.

To something about a moral compass? I think.

VIP, is useful even if you are not trading as it increases the EXP gain from quests / mobs, kinah, and AP gain which is why people get it outside of trading. 30 days of VIP for 1500 credits, you can play one character for a week and a half trade the gear for another and see which you like more.

If you make a mistake in trading then that really is no ones fault but your own as you should have checked the prices. There are always people who will attempt to take advantage of another person. Yes I agree it is not the right thing to do although well, you can always ask another person what the value was before believing what someone tells you.

Anyway, I am really not sure the point of this thread other than...yea, I'm not sure. If you have something congruent to say to Alente / Carl your welcome to send them a pm on the forums, if you have thoughts or ideas on how to improve things. Heck you can even PM any GM here too we will forward things along.
