Issue with Account Credits

Hello Gamez Aion,

So i haven't logged into my account for a while, due to personal life, how ever i have been logging into my account known and again so I didn't lose my account, because i have donated a bit and value it.

For some reason, now my credits are showing a minus sign next to them as pictured. - I don't understand why, but my past donations were smooth and never looked like that.

To add to my frustration, after logging in to the server i was on, Lumiel, seeing nobody was on there, so i read the forums and seen the change, plus the server transfers that had happened.

So, of course i wanted to transfer my players over but im pretty much stuck.. and am completely unable too, Im not asking for credits, or a free transfer just that my account be wiped as in just the credits, So that i can make the donation and get them moved, and continue to play!.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll try to get this sorted out ASAP, sorta need @Lautaro or @Carl though. I shall bug about it ;p

• What donation system did you use? (SuperRewards or Paymentwall)
• What payment method did you use? (PayPal / credit card / phone)
• How many credits did you have when you left?
