Solved Issue

I have searched and I am sure somewhere in here there is an answer and I am most likely missing it..

I was previously on Lumiel and now come back. I re-downloaded the game client from the torrent along with items.pak, new launcher and so forth. Turned off firewall, anti-virus and tried running as Admin but I still cannot get the launcher to load the game. I can load game using the .bat file but it would be nice to be able to use the launcher, as it is much prettier

The error :
Once i click start on the launcher, it immediately goes to "Aion game client has stopped working". (This also happens when logged in using .bat file while I am playing the game, I get same error)

Go to your Aion folder -> right click -> 'Properties' -> untick 'Read-only' -> 'Apply' -> 'Apply to all subfolders' -> 'OK' -> Run your game again. Hopefully it helps.

I unticked the read-only and it still would not work. So, I decided to play around a bit and ran a compatibility test, changed a few settings and got it working.
So in case anyone else has this issue and is running Windows 10 64-bit, what I did was:
Go to GamezAION folder and right click on GamezAION.exe > select Properties > Click on Compatibility tab > Run compatibility troubleshooter. Follow the prompts from there (Try Recommended settings) and let your system repair the compatibility issue.
Make sure to run the Test Program before saving settings. (This will open your launcher and ensure that it is working properly) Once test is done SAVE Settings!
Then just Run as Administrator each time you start the game.
