It does not advance beyond the list of servers

Hello everyone, when I start the game, I log in, I accept the terms and conditions, but when I go to choose a server nothing happens and after a while, it says to disconnect me from the server. Thank for help.

 

Are all your antivirus programs and windows defender off or set to allow aion.exe as an exception? Thats the most obvious answer, also you can try verifying your files. If its not solved by the time I get home I can teamview you and try to solve it for you.

Server could have been down too, I always get that far when the server is offline, I've been at work for the last 10 hrs, so I do t know if they restarted or not.
