Item disappeared

    I log in Gamez after 2 month for restart to play and check my account but my tartar item are disappeared Tartar bow and sword...

    You won't get it back if you don't have screenshots or some other proof. "2 months" is really vague and really far back. They wouldn't even find it in logs.

    Well technically they do, under certain circumstances xd The issue here is it is way too far back in time to find out what happened
