Solved item.pak and vip help plz

i am vip user and i cant put my bms medals or anything else in my warehouse. someone told me something about item.pak but i have no idea wht to do help me please.

Follow the instructions and install the item.pak. You need it to store these items in your warehouse, or trade some of the items you can't trade. It does not enable you to trade ALL the items, to trade some of them you still need to purchase VIP membership from the webshop (click). VIP costs 1.5k credits, lasts for 30 days, and enables you to trade things like tokens, blood marks, sets like Arbiter or Elite Arbiter and so on.

 

i am vip but can trade them.

If you meant can't, then like I said, you need the item.pak, which on the above post I instructed you on where to find.
