try to run gamez.exe win7 comp mode. anyway maybe u did the mistake to copy/paste the item pack while u had the game running.....

 

Have you made everything as the thread about the item.pak commands?
Inside your Aion/data/USA/items folder do you have 3 files?

 

yes i did already just like the instraction said,,..

if i change my PC to win 7 what will happen to my files?

 

u dont need to change your windows, just right click on gamez.exe and set it compatible mode with win7. but close your game 1st.

So you're saying you cannot put your item in the account warehouse to pass it to your other character? right?
What's the name of the item?

 

It doesn't have to do with OS by the way, I am on 10 and running it fine. It has to do with the item.pak being weird and not wanting to co-operate.

since i start last month playing this game i always trying to fix my item pak and i already ask my friends help but they cant fix it also,,.. I Dont Know Why?

 

eh it should work man, i m sure u did something wrong, did u delete the old item pack?

 

yeah probobly something wrong,, i already delete the old item pak and i already uninstalled the client and delete and download again to make sure no problem but still not working >,< Btw i need to sleep have work tommorrow,, ill ask again in forum about the item pak coz i want to trade my items,,. thank you for your help,,.. ill ask again tommorrow

 

Mate are u running with Window's 10 with 32bit? or 64bit, because if your OS is 32bit the item.pak which you had been downloaded sometimes will work but most of the time not working so all you need to do is re-run your client and try it again till it works same windows i am using right now windows 10 32bit so that's the way i solved my case i can store now my accesories and weapons in account warehosue and if you are vip then you can trade now your items what you wish to trade, so i am just sharing it hope will help you , if your OS is 64bit item.pak compatible no issues smoothly work properly just follow the steps and procedures provided on guide

yes im 32 bit so thats the reason why i cant use item pak,,.. any other way that i can use item pak?

 

kuya i saw recently (i mean now) that you're not VIP. so it is very impossible for you to trade those items even if your itempak is fine.
