items in my Inventory disappearing

Good evening, I came to report a problem that is happening in the game, and has happened 3 times in two accounts of mine, I have been playing in the arcade, and one of the accounts I won a wolf, and a tiger, either appeared in my inventory, the tiger already appeared and I managed to use it, but after I left the game and came back hours later, the tiger had disappeared, and in the case of the wolf, I manage to win it on my account Dad, but he's not showing up in the inventory either, I want to know if you guys can fix this, or they'll give me those two items back !!!

Those items were bugged. The wolf will show notification that you won it in the arcade but same as the Turbulent attire in arcade, it will not be added to your inventory. As for the tiger, after you won it it will be added to your special cube box which is supposedly not to be there. If you want to keep the mount you should store it in account warehouse or pet bag As for the compensation of those lost items I don't know If staffs will give it back to you. I also lost those items more times than you do

 

Less words. Know issue, working on fixing (i guess)...don't think will be refunded because it's a general problem with lots of people and wasting time checking player by player is a huge work nobody will ever jump in. What to do? Deal with and try to ask before doing something, preventing inconveniences.
