Items reverted back after retuning and opening manastone slots

    Hello please help,

    I have already retuned twice my newly bought gears to max and every time a log back in game. The retuned stats lost and today, I opened manastone slots and spent over 10000+ manastone fastener and when i log back after buying more manastone fastener, the slots got locked up again.

    Please help.

    i saw somewhere that you need to re-equip the item to "save" the changes and avoid getting the improvement reverting.

    I have a friend that have this problem before, try using your other char to open and adding the MS.

    Once you've retuned the item and socketed manastones, you have to equip it. Then can normally relog/logout without problems...
    Anyway, 7.0 patch should come soon...i suggest, not to waste credits/items for the current gear (just to avoid future complaints).

    Try to send a PM to a staff member. I doubt credits will be added into your account, but if you took clear proofs they might give you back the lost fastners/manastones etc...
