Items that are not in item mall

    Is there a way to get items that are not listed in the item shop?
    Like for example if i want a Master Noble Drenium Polearm.
    Because i have seen some players have an Eternal crafted weapon, and when i asked them if they crafted it, most of them would say "Special Donation". So i would like to know how to do that "Special Donation" they are talking about or is it even true?
    Coz i got my abg set through purchasing credits.
