If so, why is it that every ninja-looter gets off scott free when it is in the rules already about griefing?

Rules > Judgement. I am however allowed to use my judgement if there is no rule related to what you are speaking of, aka spam creating threads (even I've been shushed to stop spamming hot spam threads, back before I was a mod).

Perhaps you should think about what you're going to say before you say it, and not take things so literally.

Somebody found a way out to nerf Aegis?

 

Minutes ago, I had a private matter to settle with Untouched (about the participants in the Fashion Show thread), many posted some BONUS shot which is actually not allowed since on the said rules, we are only allowed to post maximum of 2, and those who wont abide will be disqualified. At first, Untouched was about to make a final judgment about the said matter, and let those participants to get away with it. Since the judges will only look at the first 2 screenshot posted, the BONUS shot will mean nothing, wont really matter. But of course, I didn't let it and convinced her to not tolerate those people on not following a very simple rule. In the end she came up with the decision of pushing the rule she listed at the very first Rules list.

I shared this with a simple thought, staffs are here to push the rule to people who doesn't know to follow or who doesn't want to follow. I really don't know the situation between you Aegis, and Dementa, so correct me for saying something out of the line, I might have misinterpreted the whole point of the issue, but that's what I think. Also, about no any rule/s related on a certain issue, I guess you shouldn't be the one creating a concrete judgment but the people higher than you since there are people higher than you OR if the people higher than you gave you the full authority to use your judgment and call it final. And it's about respecting the right authority who is authorized on discussing and setting rules that has to be set if there is something they missed to include.
