    Yeah. It's basically like extra godstones on your weapons and passive godstones for your armor.
    At least they made manastones only fail the slot now instead of the entire item.
    Woohoo remove some rng, add some new rng.

    Some of those skills are handy as fuck, 3k heal, run speed increases, 700 base dmg cleave (yes pls) limitless enchanting, dang i'm impressed.

    As if Templars weren't tanky enough, some of these skills will just boost their strength exponentially. 3k shield, 3k heals, +attack, MOAR pvp def...NCSoft decided that their random RNG class passive skills was pissing off too many people and legitimized it with this.
