keeping teleporting on base during vurnerable fortress wat is hapinning

recently the seil's eastern fortress is vulnerable were planning to kill it but when we try to go there we keep teleporting back on timinon base, is this a bug or someone is having fun with us, recently this is not happening , why does it happen during we were planning to kill the seil's eastern fortress?:sad:
