Bug Description:

Khan's Heart:Life item has been used for a long time by acquiring it with Kolka Coins. I used Shai character (Goldsmith) to make an Alchemy Guru yesterday and tried to get it again through the Central Market with another character, but the Khan's Heart: Life item disappeared.

I used it together with the Resplendent Alchemy Stone of Life, and I was going to get it through the Central Market also, but only two Resplendent Alchemy Stone of Life exist in the Central Market.

It seems that something really incomprehensible happened, I turned off the computer and tried logging in again, but the situation did not change.
Please return My Khan's Heart:Life item.​

Khan's Heart:Life item has been used for a long time by acquiring it with Kolka Coins. Yesterday I didn't sell in the Central Market and delete this item, and I couldn't find it on any other character or warehouse.​
