   'Knowledge is Energy' Quest​

   Bug Description:
   

   This is a quest given by Gray Biants near Velia in the beginning of the game. It won't let me accept the quest. I pressed the accept button about 50 times, but it doesn't recognize it.​

   How to reproduce/proof:
   

   Speak to Gray Biants when she has the quest avalable​
