Launcher error

    Hello,

    I am trying to play the game and can't even start it.Everytime I do it says "Please reinstall GamezAion with the correct path,aion.bin not found"

    I have reinstalled countless times ,downloaded the bat file and put it in the Aion folder which btw tells me that they cannot find aion.bin or aion.exe.

    Can someone help please since I cannot find a way to contact someone from support for help?

    I'm having the exact same issue with my wife's pc. She can log into retail with no problems but Ga Launcher won't connect. I need some advice on what to do.

    I've done that as well like 3 times ..... it just keeps saying it can't find my aion.bin file but if I repair with retail launcher I can log into retail with no probs.

    Go to your NcSoft Launcher then right click aion, then properties, it should tell you the path where the launcher is it, usually NcSoft>Aion.

    Browse and locate NcSoft/Aion/bin32/aion.bin

    Ok so I got it to work. Apparently when I copied my folder onto my wifes pc it skipped the USA Items folder. She didn't have an items folder at all. So I dl the original one Smartik1 suggested and made her an items folder and she can log in now.
