Launcher not starting

so, i`ve downloaded the launcher but when trying to execute it, i was getting an error (HRESULT 0x80070422) but managed to fix it, and then, my launcher opened, but soon after it was opened, it just closed, and after that, it wont start again, when i try to execute it, it shows on task manager for 1 sec, and then closes without any errors, the stranger part is that on my fathers user on windows, the launcher opens just fine, why the hell just on my user the launcher wont start?
i`ve uploaded an error log file.

 

It could be affected by the firewall restrictions on your user and or the anti-virus program(s) you're running which may blocking it from having access to any active connections or even running all. Check and re-check these and compare to your father's account as to what he doesn't have running that you have and try to mirror it and see if it works for you.

 

man, turns out it was MSI Afterburner, when i close it, the launcher opens just fine, thanks
