    lava field not casting​
    Bug Description:
    class: Wizard
    skill: Lava field
    when you cast the skill sometimes only the cooldown appears and the skill doesnt cast    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    the best way reproduce the bug is after a teleport you try to cast the lava field.

    Have you checked the box to show skill animations/effects? Have you also checked if your slider for Effects/Performance under the Optimization(Beta) settings is moved all the way to "Prioritize Effects"? Those settings could be goofy sometimes. Idk... just a gamez thing i guess? I can't really tell. I quit retail a long time ago so i can't really compare right now.

    yes i did its not animation problem if i had a player at the video he wouldn't be dmgd
    i tested everything
