Legion emblem still not working?

Hi!
Have read that legion emblems isn't working, but now we have 1.9 so I wondered would it work?

I have made an legion and done it to lvl 2, I want to change the look at the cape, but why wont it work?

I have chosen the look and I am going to pay, but it wont work and my kinah doesnt get gone...

But how can dressed to kill have legion cape? If the leader of dressed to kill can answer me or a gm, that would be fine ; )

And if it still is not working, when is the patch coming for that legion emblem stuff?

i a scale of 1-10 how importatnt emblems are its a 2 after i get advanced stigmas working on crystal ill look at this but for now thats a top priority

But then I have to ask a stupid question, when do you maybe think the stigma's is working on crystal? And while I am thinking about stigmas, is it coming free stigma system to gamez? : )

 

legion cape color and embem!

in elyos i saw a legion whit a red cape and in asmos too they had The color changed and the emblem too. BUT HOW TO MAKE IT??????????

 

a 2!? I'd place it more around a 6-7 . Skills come first, but for me, that legion cape sucks lol. So I want a new one ^^
