    For the 5th time, my character leveled down from 60-59.
    The xp lost is almost a whole level. after i get to 60, i keep getting exp 'till i get it half way and yet, it still does it
    everytime i logged into that acct.
    Its not easy to level up at 59 yah without VIP yah know.
