Log in fine but no server response

    I manage to log in to my character. but when it loads my character the game doesn't responed as if i am in a lag but i can still move. When i type in chat box it doesn't show up.
    I dunno if its a problem with my personal internet connection or could it be fixed?

    i downgraded all ready, problem is that character is flashing when i log on and i see no other players and i cant talk in chat
