Log in problem/website problem?

It seems I cannot log in to the website. After log in it loads out to the homepage and my account won't go through. I already clear cache and history and turn of firewall but it still the same. But on my aunt wifi I can log in but on my uncle's house I can't same to my phone browser. Sometimes it goes through but when I go vote and goes back to website that cloudflare goes load and it goes right back to log in again! Can someone help me out here. My vote T_T
