log-in problem

    anyone got same problem like mine, like when i try to log-in after accepting the rules it wont continue to select character it just says "cannot connect to the server"..anyone please help me if you have fixed yours..ty soo much in advance...and one more thing when i try to make SS it wont appear on my screenshot folder?need fix too..please help ty again..

    Have you tried to repair your client and maybe redownloading the launcher

    yes sir..i tried that too,mmm..i really dont know wuts the problem bcoz when i try to open another server (IA) well it works well, but in gamez i dunno i got problems on getting in..

    clearly sir, i got a problem for my SS too please read my previous post..i updated my aion ofc and dl the latest launcher but nothing changes still the same...i too repaired the game using NClauncher but nothing changes still the same..really dun know wuts the prob..

    with the ss thing u need to paste it on windows paint application...

    it wont appear on ss folder cuz u weren't able to get into the game....

    What should i do if i cant log in cuz it says "you cannot access the game through this ip. (22)"

    That just happened to me the other day actually, but for me it actually wasn't a problem, just didn't work, then I waited a little tried again and it let me in. :)

    sorry for responding to the closed thread lol but wanna refer to the author of this thread :D
    go to ncsoft launcher>settings>change your region to w/e its set to, to north america ( NA), then repair your client, re download gamez launcher and enjoy your game :3
