   1. Its buff scroll, when u loot it it auto activated and u see it in buff list if it not overwritten with other buff.
   2. Need example item from bdocodex.com and which dyes u use to reporduce it.

   ah i see, sorry im new in this game
   im using merv's palette and try basic dye, its eunyoo (https://bdocodex.com/us/item/29702/) and vixen outfit (https://bdocodex.com/us/item/23757/), first time i buy it, its looks like durability setting on the lowest then try to dye it, color changed but durabilty not
