    a friend of mine is trying to log on hes old account but he cant remember the password , i looked on the main site to check if there was a lost password thing but i don't see one.

    so my question is how does can he reset the password

    There actually is a feature to reset your account and password using your email. Just go to the main site and put in your account info like you're trying to log in and if your password is incorrect there should be a thing to reset it
