    I donated, selected the longbow, logged in about 10 mins later, checked ALL of my characters and no longbow.... so like >.> longbow or refund?

    Did you check your Inbox? Probably going to need some proof (screenshot) that you actually made the purchase or the GMs can look up your history I think.
