Lost Donation item ;/

i just donated for mastarius leather leggings to remodel my ABG leather leggings to

as you can see in this video i just took i just remodeled them to the mastarius i just donated for

i tried to log out and my client crashed a few seconds afterward and when i logged back in they were back to the old remodel i had them to as you can see in this video ;/

You might want to PM Alente about this, I do believe Alente and Carl are the only ones who can help you with donation items getting lost.

thanks balic.. hope we get our items back... 2nd time it happened to me , the first time i didnt get SS of it so i didnt bother complaining since i didnt have proof.. then i asked my friend for 1k credits and bought me a noble baluar lord cowl...and tried remodelling my head gear with it but this time i took ss.. so i guess we'll jus wait.. and hopefully GM gives us response...
