    gamez got hacked 2 days ago if u didnt take screen shot or fraps of those items b4 and u dun seem to be in the list of the hacked i doubt u'll get those items back...

    Actually Gamez didnt get hacked. People who willingly gave their passwords on a site saying it is giving 1k free credits got hacked.

    Its like saying Give me your ATM card and your pin number and I will put in $1000 in your account, only to find out the guy withdrew everything and ran away.

    Since you have failed to provide some clearer information, everybody will just guess on how you lost your items, while Aion is not a guessing game lad.

    IF:

    * You lost your item due to sharing of account information with others, I am sorry but the staffs can't help you out with that. Your account is your own responsibility. You gave your password to an online friend, strange sites that promises free credits, or impersonating staffs? The staffs will not be responsible about the losses.
    * If you lost it due to some server errors, make sure you make an official report providing all the screenshot of your items and state the whole detail on how the disappearing of items happened. No screenshot means no proof means it never happened.

    i have no screen shot of my item's lost as i open my account yesterday .. my item are gone.. ??? ***ing damm item its hard to gene those items..... and hard to craft... ***..

    but gm said to my its my fault..... :-(
    but if you see in forums many people have the same problem like me.........
