Lost special deals after restart happened

    I've discussed this with Kolka on the discord, but:
    My friend and I were farming and had obtained 7 Serap's which were listed on the special deals. This was for sure at least 100 million silver to each of us, but due to the server restart the special deals were not saved, and we lost everything (Serap's aside, there were many, many other items too). Is there any way for you to restore the special deals? Or compensate to any degree?
