[Lumiel] Suspicious Gladiator

Ok, here i was in Core farming some Elder when i came across a Asmo Glad name Nevinyrral. I engaged in combat and and the situation is as follows:

2010.10.30 06:26:26 : You put Nevinyrral to sleep by using Sleep Arrow I.
2010.10.30 06:26:27 : Nevinyrral woke up.
2010.10.30 06:26:28 : Nevinyrral has inflicted 2.084 damage on you by using Cleave IV.
2010.10.30 06:26:28 : Nevinyrral restored its movement speed.
2010.10.30 06:26:29 : Nevinyrral parried Kary's attack.
2010.10.30 06:26:29 : Kary inflicted 449 damage on Nevinyrral by using Dash and Slash II.
2010.10.30 06:26:30 : Kary inflicted 566 damage on Nevinyrral and caused the Rune Carve effect by using Rune Knife IV.
2010.10.30 06:26:31 : Nevinyrral has inflicted 2.466 damage on you by using Great Cleave II.
2010.10.30 06:26:31 : Zeratul was killed by Nevinyrral's attack.
2010.10.30 06:26:31 : You have gained -29490 Abyss Points.
2010.10.30 06:26:31 : You stopped using Sharpen Arrows I.
2010.10.30 06:26:31 : You have died.
2010.10.30 06:26:32 : Nevinyrral recovered 5.391 HP by using Second Wind I.

FIRST: I used Sleep Arrow on him/her and 1 second later he/she was awake... impossible... note by the screenshot that he/she wasnt attacked or dispelled in any way...

SECOND: I was killed in 3 hits normal hits (not critical) Also impossible for i wear a full +15 ABG Leather Set so the DEF + PvP DEF% doesnt allow such high damage to be dealt to me... Note that the 3rd hit that did over 5k damage on me does not even appear on the chat log.

 

Nevinyrral has inflicted 2.084 damage on you by using Cleave IV.

Nevinyrral has inflicted 2.466 damage on you by using Great Cleave II.

Those were the only hits he dealt to you, the '3rd' hit was him/her healing with Second Wind.

The damage is do-able for a glad even on a full ABG geared sin, but can i ask...where you at full HP when the fight occured?
