    How to reproduce/proof:
    Tested 1h Lynch Ranch
    Never get a x2 drop of hards/sharps even as Fairy Powder or Black Crystal Fragment

    Gathering Master: 16
    Mastery Level: 1355

    Magic Butcher Knife
    all good (x2 drops in 30-40% of cases)

    Mannose fluid collection tool
