    I got glitched under the map in IS causing me to lose my loot :<

    Are you able to get out by either Return, /escape or Logging out for 5 minutes?

    Ah, that happened to me the other day as I was doing a 1v1 bg lol.

    You could have kept running and when you are right under the ramp, you go back up to the instance, at least for me it did lol.

    Unfortunately, I doubt that your loot will be refunded, specially since we don't even know what dropped and you'd need to provide proof if any refund is provided, which won't be the case.
