   Marnis Stone Bug​

   Bug Description:
   

   I cant trade in Marnis Stone.
   
   i am lvl 65 and i want to do the quest "HONORABLE COMPANION" https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/693/4/
   I filled up the stone 250/250. But i cant trade it in at Toshi npc.
   
   this bug is realy annoying because i want to do all black spirit quest that excist​

   Toons above level 64 cant turn them in, you have to turn them in on a character that is lower then level 64.
