    was bored so i was thinking of ways of draining $$$ from the system..

    place the mat npc back but increase the mat price to 1b a piece .. that way your removing $$$ from the game and not moving it from player A to player B..

    Kinah wipe + cap is much easier... Since doing this doesn't really reduce the price of scrolls, etc. if materials are mad expensive.
