Medal reward system not working for me…

    Hi so I wanted to report the medal reward system is not working like it should. Yesterday I had 14 kills during siege time and got no medals in the mail. 14 kills and 140K AP in the course of the Ingg siege should have rewarded me a lot of platinum medals. Please fix this and get me my medals. Also two days ago I also soloed a fort in the abyss, during abyss siege time killing everything in the fort during the hour by myself except the main general but got no gold medals in the mail on this occasion either. please look into this and fix the problem please & thanks for the time.
