Bug Description:

"This character does not exist, or is out of range" whenever interacting with quest objective​

How to reproduce/proof:

Quests: The Mediahn Royals of the Past
Quest Name: The Child Wrapped in Darkness
Step that is bugged: completion step where u have to interact with illezra room.
What is bugged with that step: when interacting with qeust objective, This character does not exist, or is out of range" shows up, makign me unable to interact with qeust.
How to reproduce the issue: interact with quest objective in tarif in The child wrapped in darkness quest.

i tried server swapping, character swapping, restarting game, restarting pc, no change.​
