    Bug Description:
    The NPC Serazad is supposed to offer a quest to obtain a baby elephant, but she does not.​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    I have tried swapping channels 3 times as well as deleting cache and logging out and back in. Guides I have viewed in regards to this quest do not mention any pre-requisite quests to unlock this quest.    ​

    I have determined that it is not a bug. I was not showing all quests. The quest works fine.
