Missing 2 10% silence godstones from my inventory

They just randomly vanished ever since the update, I have no proof so I guess I won't be seeing them again huh?

 

if you want them back you have to provide a proof of purchase (i.e: screenshot) so if you have no proof, the chances of you getting anything is slim to none at all

Sadly, if there's no proof then it's pretty hard to prove them you really lost it due to server error. But the post above has a point, if you bought it through the item shop, take a screenshot of your purchase as well your log (before the update when you still have the godstones). This will show them that you didn't sell it or trade to someone. If you bought it in-game and no screenshot as proof, perhaps the in-game log will save you.
